Working Environment of Electrical Engineers
The location of the work is often simply done in the office, however, electrical engineers may also work in laboratories, workshops or on-site at power stations or building projects. Some on-site projects can be somewhat hazardous as they often deal with live equipment. Electrical Engineers will also work often with computers, computer-aided design, and lots of different electrical testing equipment. The typical work day of an electrical engineer is quite similar to any other full time job, however, they often need to be on call or need to work lter to meet deadlines. Electrical engineers also are often working with other electrical engineers, engineers from other fields such as civil or mechanical, draftsmen, and clients.
